Coriander
(Coriandrum sativum)

Coriander, also known as cilantro, is a plant from the family Apiaceae. The annual herb grows to 50 cm (20 in) tall, have leaves of variable shape, flowers borne in small umbels, white or very pale pink and globular fruits. Cilantro is full of health and medicinal properties, due to its numerous nutritional values, being considered a wonder herb of the world.  

Coriander has a variety of benefits: it has antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, antiseptic, analgesic, aphrodisiac, fungicidal and antiaging properties, helps treat skin and gastric diseases, diabetes, high cholesterol, urinary problems, flu, anemia, stimulates memory and many more.
